DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

This world is heard by to obey the laws set by the Imperial Family of Davis, under which all nations must follow the same laws which sets standards in organization, economy, crime, living, and culture.
Countries are required to follow the 10 top laws most importantly, but not to forget the hundreds of thousands of laws that are also present. Country's governments are required to maintain these laws within their nations with their citizens and tourists. Failure to follow by these laws results to severe consequences that is up to the decision of The Imperial Family of Davis. The laws are categorized by different lengths of time, and there are very detailed. For example, the Davis Imperial Dynasty can only stay in power for 400 years. After that, the world must vote if they wish to continue this type of government, but if they don't want to continue but later down the road they decide to want to do it again they only can have the Davis family govern, no one else can run the world except that particular family.
The world must make sure that every square inch of the world needs to be changed before the first 100 years, so that everything is up to date and living conditions are adequate as well as to ensure the environment and economy is safe. Every 100 year after a new thing is made it needs to be redone, and under Davis law they must not change anything about the design of the original building when reconstructing it. The most important rule is that the environment comes first, then the economy, then everything else. One thing that must happen within the first hundred years is making sure the massive space and research programs find out as much as possible to find more about things in a quicker amount of time than what it would take in the past. The main goal of this government is to make advances in technology and sciences, make the environment safe, make things more organized and spacious, and to create a outstanding economy.

UTOPIAN MOTTO AND SEAL

The seal for my Utopia is the Hammer And Sickle, representing hard work and creating things, which is important in my Utopia. My motto is " organization, and priorities are the basis of life with fun to keep it going".The reason for this motto is because of organization and priorities being the basis for the utopia with everything being perfectly organized and situated and priorities being that if no one follows schedules it will be chaotic and unorganized.

Utopian Animal

The animal I chose to symbolize my Utopia is the Snow Leopard. I chose the Snow Leopard because it symbolizes the importance of being environmentally conscience. We should make sure the Snow Leopard and others won't become endangered, and because they are beautiful and I want an animal that is really beautiful to reflect a beautiful Utopia.
LIST OF RULES (LAWS)
1.) Citizens must work for 40 full years before retirement, and disabled people can just do 15-20 years before retire. It makes people work and not be lazy, and it makes them really part of the community if they work, it also allows unemployment to be at a low percentage.
2.) Citizens can only marry people who are from their own country or race.
( example: a female who is full blooded French can only marry a male who is full blooded French ). And if the two people are more than one races its okay but it has to be the same, for example: a male who is British, Irish, and Spanish can only marry a female with blood that is British, Irish, and Spanish [ this law is important because it keeps races still alive instead of it mixing so much and it also keeps culture alive].
3.) Citizens who commit rape, murder, kidnapping, environmental destruction, poaching, abortion, destruction, terrorism are sentenced to death by hanging. This law is put in place in order to keep people from doing bad things and keep other things from happening because of it; and the sentence is to be hanged because it is a quick way to die and not as painful, and the reason for killing people who comment such crimes is to keep society safe, to save room in prisons, and to keep people thinking they can get by with things.
4.) People can own guns, but only pistols are allowed in big cities; where there is less people you may own different things.
